Wesley told me, he knows that he is a new lifter and he just want to perform well in a competition, especially when his weight class is one of the most competitive class in Singapore.
At the bodyweight of 72.4kg, he shined with a 180kg squat, 90kg bench and 190kg Deadlift. A whooping 65kg PR since he last competed. Well done buddy!

Morgonen börjar dock med vabb av genomförkylt barn. Ingen feber men tjock i halsen och täppt. Pappan tar över efter lunch men inte han heller är piggelin. Stackarna. Jag hoppas att Arvid piggar på sig till lördag då hans grupp i jujutsun ska gradera till orange. Själv lämnar jag bacillerna i Malmö och åker upp till Stockholm.

Another food picture of my home cookery for my povertygram. This was supposed to be my lunch, but the chili cinnamon steak tasted too good, so I couldn't curb my desire to devour this meal the instant my steak came off the cast iron pan. Forgetting my lunch at home today and hitting PR workouts totally has nothing to do with my desire to eat and sleep like a snorlax. The newbie gains continue.
Directions: NY strip steak (or whatever cut you want), red chili flakes, seasoning salt, 1tsp cinnamon. Rub seasoning blend onto steak evenly, let sit for 24 hrs. Cook steak to whatever rarity. Do I really need to tell you to eat your food? I insist it wont taste as bad as it sounds.

this photo was so hard to achieve because my legs were shaky little ones after a big training session and I am a bit of a jelly now 🍑(how is there not a jelly emoji?!) did a bit of research over the last couple o’ days and sorted my training out 👌🏻 my new goals are much more muscle endurance based with flexibility training and as much bouldering as I can doooo 😌🧗🏼♀️ as much as this bulk has been a good experience I’ve been feeling groggy and uncomfortable eating so much food all the time. I wanna stick to intuitive eating - while making sure I get enough protein - and just get really connected to my body 🙃🌈

Anxiety, depression and suicide is a topic that tugs on a few personal heart strings.
I've seen, heard and experienced firsthand, people suffering from each of the 3 and in some instances, they've come out on top whilst others, not so much.
So we at Adonis Athletics Castle Hill are making this an annual event to partner up with beyondblue and further help create awareness and raise some much needed funds so that they can continue to keep doing the great work they do in helping and supporting others.
An application has been put through and approved by the organization themselves, allowing us to host an raise funds on their behalf.

Goal: We are on a mission to raise $50,000 this year and we need your help to get there, we are appealing to the wider community to dig deep and give generously.
Gym will be open and entry is free to spectators and visitors on the day, coffee van will also be available to keep everyone buzzing!
