I'd be a liar if I told you food doesn't excite me; BBQ meats, some spuds and a cooling salad are all I have been craving lately. 
It's so important that you like your food and look forward to eating it. Achieving those fitness goals require specific macro and micro nutrients. 
Many people unfortunatly fall into the trap of undereating; thus losing weight but consequently losing muscle which reduces your metabolism and leads to saggy skin. 
I'm not much of a calorie counter. Macro nutrients(fats, carbs and proteins) as well as micro nutrients (calcium, zinc, magnesium, B vitamins) are where the real results come from. 
I could literally eat this meal 4x/
day and probably do! 😉💪

Heute muss ich euch meinen bisherigen Favoriten der @fittastecom Meals vorstellen 😍 warum? Weil man es vielseitig einsetzen kann 😌
Und zwar ganz simple ein Chili con Carne 😋 allerdings ohne Reis (gibt’s auch mit Reis gemischt), aber ich wollte mir offen lassen, ob ich Nudeln, Brot oder Reis dazu esse 🤤 und am Ende wurden es dann noch 299g trocken abgewogener Vollkorn Reis 😋
Das Chili con Carne ist wie üblich aus Rinder Hackfleisch. Dazu gab es darin noch Mais 🌽 Kidneybohnen und die kleinen passierten Tomaten 🍅 Stückchen waren auch deutlich zu schmecken. Es schmeckt wie das perfekte Chili, welches man sonst stundenlang kochen muss 😍
Meine Güte mein letztes mal Chili 🤔 war glaube die Konfirmation meiner Schwester 😱 also gut locker 10-12 Jahre her 😩 und demnach hatte ich mich gleich noch mehr drauf gefreut nach dem Training und wurde nicht enttäuscht 😍
400g beinhaltet das Chili alleine und weist satte 24g Eiweiß auf. Die Würze.. davon darf ich nicht anfangen 🙈 es war ganz klar eine 5*/5! Es übertrifft die bisherigen beiden Meals einfach um Längen 😍 ich werde dieses Meal definitiv auf Vorrat ordern 😏🤤 👋🏼💸💸
