Some days we all get a little anxious or feel a little lost. Its normal.
Life will inevitably test us.
You just gotta remind yourself when you feel that way that times might be hard but life is still beautiful and there’s still so much good; so hang onto it.
In these doubtful moments you have to especially live for the little things, the little victories and for the people that keep you smiling.
Take things one day at a time.
Be kind and patient with yourself always and surround yourself with people and activities that make you happy.
Eat well, write out your thoughts, take some rest and feel the sun on your face if you can.

Remember when I hated everything about myself. I couldn’t stand to look in the mirror because nothing screamed beautiful to me. That was a long time ago. I trusted in then process and kept moving through the storm. I had to learn everything about myself and I fell in love with it😩 I’m so thankful to have all the wonderful people in my life who show me so much love no matter what 💯😭💙. February to Present// a little more toned + a little more tanned = a lot happier me 💪🏼
Years ago, before I learned how to work all of the muscle groups, arms were one of the muscles I neglected. My arms were weak, I hated preacher curls, and tricep dips were a nightmare. Then I realized that ALL muscles need to be trained the same amount. Now I LOVE arm days and I can’t wait to see even more definition over the next several weeks
Day 5- AAA complete and I even did full push-ups for both rounds. Don’t make excuses, make changes 💪🏼
