Amazed that my body didn’t change much and really proud of the work I put in for 80 days to have a healthy relationship with both my body and the food I put in it. Crushed Day 1 of a workout program that always terrified me but I now know I can do whatever the hell I want because I am strong and capable AF. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

It was a long weekend...
I slept in....
Bug woke up early...
She was crabby....
I have a busy day....
I could workout tonight.... Those were all the excuses that went through my head this morning! Instead of sitting on the couch and snuggling my baby, we decided to improvise! I used my baby as a weight and modified #plyofixextreme a little bit so that I could spend time with her!
My morning was not perfect but I feel extremely proud that I got in my workout and I’m ready to have a great Monday! #momwin#fitmomma#monday#nevermissamonday
Some of my fave moves from Plyo Fix Extreme today. Yep - it’s practically all of them! 😅 swipe to see more! I actually woke up quite stiff and didn’t think I’d be able to get through this (practising my Insanity class instead of resting yesterday was probably a bit foolish!) but it doesn’t hurt to try right?! And in the end it was fun! ... What happened next? Keep swiping! I fuelled myself postworkout with my fave snack - almond butter on toast with some sliced banana. I face planted whilst practising mule kicks (I wish I had a video to show you!) and then another hour later I had some mackerel and veg! 😋 so quite busy morning really! Didn’t stay completely on plan nutritionally at the weekend but trying harder this week! 🍫🍷🍷🍫🍫

I'm not sure anyone really understands sometimes, when you get into a funk, bad mood, horrible attitude, and just can't even stand yourself, it's time to do something. I've been feeling this way since last Thursday. It all started with a massive headache, sore throat, and the sniffles that lead into our weekend.
Because I didn't feel good, I didn't cook hardly anything, hell I didn't even go grocery shopping or do the dishes that so badly needed done. We ate out at least twice a day since Friday. We snacked on popcorn and chocolate bars Saturday night while watching movies. I did keep up with my shakeology, so that's about the only thing I did keep up with.
While it was all fun doing nothing, I felt even worse today. My thoughts weren't right, I had no energy, I had no will to cook anything more than just tossing some bagged frozen crispy chicken in the oven, along with sweet tater fries for dinner last night.
My thought for today:
Not today, Satan. Not today.
I will do better. I will be better, and I will feel better.

Now, I've got so much to do from not doing anything that I can't sit here and type it all out. I just gotta go get it done!

Crazy eyes🤪 Silly me thought I would be “taking a break” to go back to #21dayfixextreme for a few weeks to give my body a reprieve from heavy weights. Funny 🤣 #plyofixextreme gave me a run for my money but I am looking forward to a few weeks of shorter workouts 💪🏼

💫✨🌟 I have completed this program several times but I feel so much stronger revisiting it after 80DO! It goes so fast and there’s music!! 😅 That took some getting used to although I missed the 80 Day team! 😟
I loved it though! There’s nothing like a little bit of Plyo to get the muscles firing! 🔥 Think I may have got a little overconfident after 80DO and decided I could do plyo with 5kg weights! 😅 probably go back to 4kg next week!
