I can’t be in this iteration due to personal reasons, but this is a #contemporary piece of #movement#theater I’m proud to be a part of. DUENDE School graduates follow unique paths once they leave the training. Here’s what has happened to Joohn Gustafsson (Sweden) since he graduated in December 2017. ‘From The DUENDE School I got a lot of different tools, such as self-discipline, fearlessness and ways to discover my interests and needs - all from a foundation of unconditional positive feedback. During the school I feared that I would lose my practice once I got home. What was given to me felt so precious, and I wanted to deepen that knowledge and continue to explore improvisation by myself and with others.
When I got back home I started a process of producing a new show with two friends. In meeting once a week for two months we managed to produce a mixed circus-dance-theatre show that sold out in four hours! During this time we also formed a performance company and I also got invited to be part of another dance ensemble.
The training is still sinking in and will probably go on forever. One thing that enabled me to be part of these opportunities is the new attitude towards work and new challenges that I got from DUENDE; if something is scary or feels impossible, meet it with excitement!’ Photos. . ثبتنام دورهی جديد کارگاه بلند مدت ‘آمادهسازى ذهنی-بدنی’ زير نظر ‘عليرضا كيمنش’ آغاز شد.
زمان شروع كارگاه: بهار ۱۳۹۷
مدت کارگاه: یک سال و نیم
تعداد جلسات: دو جلسهی سه ساعته در هفته
کارگاه 'آمادهسازی ذهنی - بدنی' با هدف تولید اجراگرانی که قادر به فعالیت در حوزههای مختلف بازیگری، رقص، و هنرهای اجرایی هستند از سال ۱۳۸۸ توسط علیرضا کیمنش راه اندازی شده و تا به امروز ادامه دارد. تمرکز اصلی این کارگاه بر روی متدها و یا تمرینات مختلف ذهنی - بدنی است. این کارگاه برای کسانی مناسب است که با انگیزه، منضبط، متعهد، هدفمند، صبور، سخت کوش و جدی در کار هستند. اینجا محلی با نگرشهای ورزشی نیست، تمام تمرینات کلاس درجهت بالا بردن آگاهی فرد نسبت به ذهن و بدنش؛ همچنین رسیدن به بدنى دراماتیک و بیانگر طراحی شده است. لازم به ذكر است اين دوره تنها جنبهى آموزشى دارد و هدف آن توليد اثر نمايشى بعد از اتمام دوره نيست.
هر فرد علاقهمند فارغ از هر گونه توانايي بدنى قادر به ثبتنام در اين دوره میباشد: تنها شرط لازم برای شركت در اين دوره نظم، انضباط و جديت در روند يادگيرى است.
