Those who know me will confirm - It’s never my style to rant or run my mouth on social media. For anyone pursuing a goal, please take a moment to read this. In the Fitness industry image and “your brand” are key. At first, I wanted to be known as the “hardest class” or “toughest female instructor” simply because I wanted to deliver a class similar to what I enjoyed when working out. My group at E 74th Street has taught me that I can become so much more than that. That I as an instructor have the power to inspire, motivate, challenge, empower, strengthen and uplift any and everyone that steps into our room. The goal of “can we make my class a L3 or”advanced” on the schedule. Has become, I welcome everyone and anyone into our room. From newbies, to recently recovered from an injury, prego all the way to pro athlete. Thankful beyond belief for this opportunity, eye opening, game changing experience.
Energy goes, where energy flows 🌊
Special thank you to @lizgetman for hosting this @cacaogalove yoga training. One of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while 🙈
Also, just elaborating for a second. For me, there’s a direct correlation of how good I feel and how much yoga/working out I do. It’s empowering to see my thoughts and body changing as well. I’m more productive (minus me sleeping all day today...oops lol) and wayyyy less worried about things I cannot control. I can’t make someone like me or want to care for me...start with what you can control which is...YOU ❤️
