I'm turning 28 today and that's not all that bad, when you're surrounded by love from friends and loved ones. I've had a lovely day. First breakfast, opening gifts, road trip, saying hello to cows 🐮 and horses 🐴, dinner at home. My birthday present to myself was to not count calories during dinner. I ate 2 Wasa RugSproe crispbread with chicken and one with roast beef. Simple and easy. It's waaaaay to hot for me to be hungry enough to make dinner.

Less than 60 days apart.
Progress happens with persistance and consistancy over time. Howuch weight, size, lost, goals.... I only have so much say in setting a date on goals like that.
For me... It is all about health gains. When I am inflammed and swollen in the middle, it is telling me something that I personally have to pay attention to and it has zero to do with vanity and everything to do with my state of health
Life happens. Sickness happens. Sometimes it feels like a non stop barrage.... And the last thing we take care of is ourselves.
It's time to change that and I can teach you how.
I have gone from spiraling out of control when life happens to having a tremendous amount of self awareness, followed by self forgiveness that gets me right back on track.
No more beating up on myself.
No more living an mediocre life because it just seems impossible to change.
You have it in you. I already know it.

I'm 27 years old and living in Aarhus 🏡, Denmark 🇩🇰. I'm in law school and expect to graduate in February 2019 👩🏽🎓- if all goes as planned ☺️. I got the PCOS diagnosis in December 2015. A highly respected specialist found that I was insulin resistant, which happened in October 2016. Having PCOS my main problem is the hormonal imbalance. I'm having irregular periods, feeling tired during the day (especially in the afternoon) and excessive hair growth - especially facial hair. The facial hair was - and sometimes still is - the worst for me. I don't feel feminine and I'm removing it daily. I started laser treatments in November 2017 and it's really paying off. I look 👀 in the mirror every day, but I don't have to remove hair twice a day - or even daily anymore. If you have the same problem, you'd probably understand why I still check the mirror every single day...just in case. My skin has cleared up beautifully and with the hair removal being less frequent, and not every day, my skin has gotten so much better. With the focus on food and trying to be consistent, I've lost 20 kg (since December 2017). I've had days where I've eaten less healthy and not being consistent. I would have lost more weight if I had been more consistent and kept it straight - but we all cheat a bit and that's okay. All that matters is, that you get back on track 🙌🏻
