1 pound down this week, and I'm not complaining!
Heres what happened this week - last weighin, I was 171.2, but a couple days later, I ate a piece of dominos supreme pizza and a blueberry muffin in one sitting, which is way more enriched carbs than my body is used to, so I gained up to 173. It took me until Monday to get back to 171, and I was concerned that I wouldnt lose this week. Yesterday I bumped up my activity more because I had been slacking; I even got over 20000 steps! And here is the result of bumping up my activity! I am soooo satisfied.

Consistent theme with my food that it always looks a bit ropey but tastes soooo good! Salmon fishcakes ๐ŸŸ with broccoli mash ๐Ÿฅฆ may be new fave meal! Literally just cook a salmon fillet, mash it up with an egg and some spices then pan fry it until the egg is cooked then mash steamed broccoli and add a teeny little bit of coconut cheese. So easy and so tasty!

Ya, betul. Bila gejala pcosnya tidak diatasi dengan baik. Pcos akan selalu ada di tubuh karena sindrom, tidak bisa sembuh tapi bisa dikendalikan. Jika lifestyle kembali buruk, maka pcos akan kembali. I'm turning 28 today and that's not all that bad, when you're surrounded by love from friends and loved ones. I've had a lovely day. First breakfast, opening gifts, road trip, saying hello to cows ๐Ÿฎ and horses ๐Ÿด, dinner at home. My birthday present to myself was to not count calories during dinner. I ate 2 Wasa RugSproe crispbread with chicken and one with roast beef. Simple and easy. It's waaaaay to hot for me to be hungry enough to make dinner.

Progress happens with persistance and consistancy over time. Howuch weight, size, lost, goals.... I only have so much say in setting a date on goals like that. 
For me... It is all about health gains. When I am inflammed and swollen in the middle, it is telling me something that I personally have to pay attention to and it has zero to do with vanity and everything to do with my state of health

Life happens. Sickness happens. Sometimes it feels like a non stop barrage.... And the last thing we take care of is ourselves.

It's time to change that and I can teach you how.

I have gone from spiraling out of control when life happens to having a tremendous amount of self awareness, followed by self forgiveness that gets me right back on track.

No more beating up on myself.

No more living an mediocre life because it just seems impossible to change. 
You have it in you. I already know it.

I'm 27 years old and living in Aarhus ๐Ÿก, Denmark ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ฐ. I'm in law school and expect to graduate in February 2019 ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿฝโ€๐ŸŽ“- if all goes as planned โ˜บ๏ธ. I got the PCOS diagnosis in December 2015. A highly respected specialist found that I was insulin resistant, which happened in October 2016. Having PCOS my main problem is the hormonal imbalance. I'm having irregular periods, feeling tired during the day (especially in the afternoon) and excessive hair growth - especially facial hair. The facial hair was - and sometimes still is - the worst for me. I don't feel feminine and I'm removing it daily. I started laser treatments in  November 2017 and it's really paying off. I look ๐Ÿ‘€ in the mirror every day, but I don't have to remove hair twice a day - or even daily anymore. If you have the same problem, you'd probably understand why I still check the mirror every single day...just in case. My skin has cleared up beautifully and with the hair removal being less frequent, and not every day, my skin has gotten so much better. With the focus on food and trying to be consistent, I've lost 20 kg (since December 2017). I've had days where I've eaten less healthy and not being consistent. I would have lost more weight if I had been more consistent and kept it straight - but we all cheat a bit and that's okay. All that matters is, that you get back on track ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

LOOK AT MY STRING DIFFERENCE. I AM SCREAMIN. Sorry for being absent yesterday, guys. Yesterday wasnt a good day as far as eating for me. I actually jumped on the scale to see the damage, and I'm up 2 pounds. Woo, have mercy! So I pulled out my string to remind myself 2 pounds isnt 34 pounds, and I'm happy with what I saw. Also, this is a month's difference in between the pictures.
