Not only is this hoop malarkey incredibly fun, but it's also improving my flexibility and really working my upper body and core strength. Safe to say I'm slightly addicted (as well as pretty bruised)!Exercise is so important in fighting PCOS, but that doesn't have to mean spending hours at the gym. If you like dancing, go to dance classes, if you like swimming, find a local pool, and if you like hanging upside down & holding strange positions on a piece of steel, take up aerial hoop!

Day 4 is in the books! Today was AAA or arms, abs, and a$$ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ and needless to say, Iโ€™m feeling all of the above! Ready to get my tennis ๐ŸŽพ booty back! ๐Ÿ‘

Today, I was fueled by my mommy juice preworkout with 20 oz water, drank a full 30 oz water before my workout and another 20 during. Then, my hydration (all natural Gatorade essentially) was mixed with 24 oz water and Iโ€™m sipping that all day to help me get those electrolytes to help with my evening milk production. On top of that, my post workout recovery fuel (BCAAs and other goodies, or all natural chocolate milk powder as I like to call it) was mixed with 16 oz coconut milkโ€”rich in electrolytes in and of itself (and I did make sure to CLOSE my shaker bottle this morningโ€”omg lol) .

So Iโ€™m definitely taking #ThirstyThursday to heart before noon!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ .

Can I look like the woman on the front of this magazine please? From next Wednesday Iโ€™m trying to go sugar free. My last attempt at Whole30 was a fail, but this sounds more manageable. And Iโ€™m going to employ a new tactic - bribery. Every week that I have a sugar (gluten and dairy) free week I get to treat myself to something. Maybe a pair of Toms, or a pregnancy massage, or some new non-toxic toiletries.
