Phillipines - El Nido (nightlife)
All you need to know:
If you skipped out on a tour, many bars and restaurants don't open until majority of the tour boats dock around 4pm. A few might be open, but its empty and you'll miss out on the lively atmosphere.
Head out to town around 6pm and remember to bring ~$100 USD cash for dinner, clubs/bars, massages, or dessert. The entire town doesn't accept credit cards with an exception to a few establishments. $100 USD goes a long way, but its always smart to have enough cash.
In general, food is delicious in El Nido. If you're disappointed, it's so cheap you really can't complain (unless you're bougjie). If you're feeling for Thai food, head over to "Big Bad Thai". They have seating with a beach view and a rooftop level to socialize. Average plate is ~$10 USD.
For a beachy chill vibe while drinking outside, head over to "SAVA". They specialize in shooters.
If you're into dancing and want to turn up, head over to "Pukka". The restuarant inside becomes a dance floor playing hip hop late at night. Outside they have tables to chill and drink on the beach.
Cheers to making new friends while traveling. To the rum bottle on tour A that brought us together. ✌
Have you met new people while traveling? If so, what's the story behind it?

The Philippines is a paradise consisting of 7,500+ islands; enriched with thousands of land and sea creatures that can only be found here in our country especially in Palawan. Tubbataha Reef in Palawan is another UNESCO marine protected area that im dreaming to explore because it is one of the world's largest collection of corals, fishes andcsea creatures. A kingdom beneath the waters💚💚💚
Nothing beats Philippine sunsets. As I am currently beat down in the urban jungle, I can't help but miss this view from El Nido. Looking forward to visiting the beach soon. The sun, sand and waves really do give you a different kind of energy don't they?
