ESPAÑOL: "Solitario " Este solitario Pingüino Barbijo (Pygoscelis antarcticus) descansa cómodamente sobre un iceberg en los alrededores de la Península Antártica. Todas las canaletas que cruzan la foto se formaron como consecuencia de la circulación del agua de deshielo que escurre desde el iceberg hacia el mar.
Hoy (22/04/18) es el "Día de la Tierra", no hace falta irse a la Antártida para darse cuenta que el planeta está cambiando, y no para mejor..., hasta nuestra mas pequeña acción suma! Como individuos podemos hacer la diferencia!
ENGLISH: "Solitary" This lonely Chinstrap Penguin (Pygoscelis antarcticus) comfortably rests on the side of a large iceberg in the vicinity of the Antarctic Peninsula. All the gutters that run across the photo were formed as a result of the circulation of melting water that runs off the iceberg into the sea.
Today (04/22/18) is the "Earth Day", you don't need to go to Antarctica to realize that the planet is changing, and not for the better..., even our smallest actions matters! As individuals we can make a difference!
