For those of you that don't know me personally, this is the reason why im so passionate about keeping fit and healthy. I have been on the other end of the scale, not happy within myself, not happy with the way i feel, not happy with the way i looked.
Until one day, i decided not to listen to those inner demons telling me i couldnt do it and that this is what i have to settle for. I decided to research about the human body and what truly nurishes the body in order to enable me not only to lose weight but to keep healthy.
After a good few weeks researching diets and what foods make the human body fuction better, I stubbled across veganism, which at this point in my life i believed you could only get protein from meat and was eating chicken 3 times a day and steak as my last meal. I decided to give it a try and gradually went to vegetarian and eventually to vegan (which i have been for almost 2 years now). I lost a lot of weight, felt better within myself mentally and physically, also my eczema and spots cleared up. Mentally i am a lot stronger, as i am no longer feeding my body chemicals but feeding it nutrients.
I have now decided to help others as i know what it feels like. I'm not telling people that they should go vegan(as vegan doesnt necessarily mean healthy ie chips) im telling people to be health conscious and not just put things in your body, as its the only thing you truly own, take good care of it!

Feeling really motivated this morning after watching @bellatormma last night. Some hardddd pad rounds in the bag with my @4thdimensionmma family! Really feeling #focused at the moment and my head is getting in the right place.
I feel like I have a lot I can bring to the UK mma scene. So just concentrating on building back up to fight fitness, honing the game I want to play and importantly staying consistent.
My lungs are still 🔥! 😂
