‘Discipline = Freedom’ - @jockowillink
Discipline gives you more of what you want out of life. More progress, more growth, more time, more results, more health, more enjoyment, more movement.
The first step is actually figuring out what you want to achieve. The second step is finding someone who can take you there. The third step is being disciplined enough to follow their lead.
It’s never easy. But always worth it.
This was a long term goal of mine I ticked off with the guidance of @urbanacrobat
It was a pleasure to have Richard Ackland open Jan Howlin’s exhibition ‘LOOT!’. The famed journalist spoke about Howlin’s masterful ceramic works, commenting on how the artist draws inspiration from ICAC's (Idependent Commission Against Corruption) investigations into greedy and corrupt people from the corporate sector. Praising the work Ackland opened the show with the words “It would be wonderful to have one of these beautifully crafted masterpieces on your mantel piece to remind you of the shady, shonky, scandalous…toothless we all detest. The show is now open for business.”
MEET THE ARTIST, be inspired by the works and ideas being explored in Jan Howlin’s @janhowlin latest exhibition. If you missed opening night, Jan will be in the gallery tomorrow from 2pm-4pm.

I love that every time I pass by @paddingtoncentral something new and exciting is happening, some new Art Installation, or Boat Bar. This area used to be so “meh” and these guys have done such a great job at brightening up the drab concrete surroundings. I mean, who isn’t going to be cheered up by this rainbowness of fun?! 🙌🏼🌈👏🏼
