Wow!!! Came home to this delicious Keto friendly meal! My Husband put this together for us tonight to finish off this week!! Shrimp scampi, with mushrooms, garlic, spiral zucchini, unsalted butter and olive oil cooked in a cast iron skillet. Added in salt and pepper to taste. Quick 20 minute healthy meal. He kept my goals in mind and has enjoyed many of the same meals during the past week. He’s not following keto but he isn’t complaining about what we are eating. No headache today, that was a tough 2 days! Headache I imagine Is due to my detox of carbs and sugar! Thumbs are still up😘 #keto#ketoflu#overthehump#healthyfood#ketofriendly#shrimp#butter#garlic#immunesystem#veggies#protein#vegetarian#create#familygoals#healthylifestyle

These are lyrics (co-written with @jsabinmusic) for one of my new singles I’ll be releasing soon called “Alright”. Often times we just want our pain, our struggle, our problem, our ‘mountain’ to move or go away, but more often than not we just have to go through it. However, on the climb or journey up the mountain, we can choose to change our perspective. Instead of looking at how big it is, we can try to look around at things we’re seeing differently because of it or how we’re growing through it. Instead of looking ahead at how far we have to go, we can look back & rejoice in how far we’ve come. And when the struggle feels like it’s overwhelming us, we must remind ourselves & others that everything happens for a reason, and eventually...everything will be ‘Alright’.👆🏽(Song coming soon! *HINT: It probably doesn’t sound how you’re expecting it to sound from these lyrics😉).
