Beautiful day for a hike at Morialta! 😍 So glad I left the house work chores I had intended to do today undone and instead headed for the hills to soak up some of this gorgeous fresh air and views! First hike for 2018 and definitely the most activity since I broke my toe - it seemed to cope fine today on uneven terrain in my sneakers - next time will pull out my hiking boots! More pics later..it was a glorious day full of dragons and other lizards, koalas, clear blue skies and a new friendship made on the trails sharing my favourite spots in the park👌

There's nothing better than outdoor yoga in nature in Singapore's beautiful outdoor. Join us this coming Wednesday evening as we watch the sunset on the beautiful East Coast Park, while emerging into a Hatha Style Yoga practise followed by deep relaxation of savasana.
He said he’d go hiking with me but was concerned he wouldn’t sweat enough.
I used to be balls out when I worked out and discovered that you don’t need to be to be effective.
He ran up this steep hill and I walked up it. I didn’t feel bad or guilty or I wasn’t working as hard. My workout was perfect for me and that’s the goal, right? 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️🏋🏻♂️🏋🏻♀️
We went 4 miles and that was awesome.

Been MIA for awhile on the gram but I've been into wellness (more than the usual). But decided to post. What are you doing today to make it a better day? It's so easy to get distracted and busy with life's priorities. Lately I've been focusing on my health and being more mindful of what I put in body, getting quality sleep and just being grateful for everything in life. Oh and cutting sugar as well as being consistent with my workouts. It actually works! My boyfriend calls me the buff nug. Haha! 😂
