Got to be up and on a train by 5:30 in the morning heading to Wales for work which I’m dreading... anyone else have anxiety sleep when they know they have to get up super early the next day? It’s a great way to get the endorphins pumping and body grooving after sitting in the office. .

Run number two under the belt and it was harder but I was also quite a bit faster. Another 3 miles, lots of lizards, gophers, rabbits, and what I thought was a gopher snake but later learned was probably a king snake (either way, I could tell it was likely harmless which was nice since there’s rattlesnake signs everywhere down here) 🤣 So nice to be out and about after being laid up with such a severe headache for the last two days. Besides going out at night for pizza I just wanted to curl up in a dark room with no noise. Headache isn’t completely gone but at least it’s manageable! Anyone have any pointers on headaches? I’ve been hydrated and all else is normal so I’m not sure what it stemmed from. 1. Toes to Bar & L-sit Rows
- 10 reps (hold at the top of last rep for 10 sec) x5
2. Muscle Ups & Dips
- 5 MSUPS with 3 Dips at the top of each x3
3. Leg Raises & Pull-ups - 10 reps x5
4. Front Lever Raises & Pull Overs
- 5 reps x3

4-Plank : Karın kaslarım sıkı,kalçam aşağı düşmeyecek ve yukarı kalkmayacak şekilde sabit bekliyorum.
