Kris made some great gains in his back and arms! For anyone who knows much about lifting, you typically would lose arm size when losing weight (a general rule of thumb is Gain/Lose 10lbs for every 1" Gain/Loss on the Biceps) Though he dropped 10 pounds, he gained an inch on his arms. It doesn't seem like a lot, but just look at the difference.
And he's not done yet..
