We just completed week 2 of the spring edition of the Bloom Project.
I am constantly amazed at how easy it is for women to tap into their inner wisdom with the support of a little breathwork and meditation. The mind subdues, the heart comes forward, and there is an innocence to explore, learn new things, and ask questions coming from our own life challenges, experiences and aspirations.
With that, exploring ayurveda is a joy, intuitive and heartfelt, where there is absolutely no agenda to "fix you" and every desire to help you to connect with that innate inner intelligence which heals, frees, relaxes and delights.

Well race weekend is around the corner and today I finished my last run before my big race. •
The last two weeks has been a whirlwind as I trained for the race. I signed up for the 5 km race on a whim. 🏃
Training for such a short amount of time has taught me a lot about my own physical and mental strength. 💪

Being a nutritionist people tend to automatically assume some of these things about me. I've been told my lunch "looks too healthy to taste good" or my smoothie "looks way too green". But you know what, I feel damn good! I eat healthy because it makes me feel amazing and I genuinely enjoy the food I eat.
My hope is to teach you how to feel your best, eating for your own health - not how I eat, not like the next fad diet, but in a way that truly nourishes YOU. When you don't eat like 💩 all the time, there is absolutely room for life's pleasures while still being healthy 💕 #lauramierzwanutrition
