Absolutely no toast (very proud of my good lady not having a slice of orange marmalade on toast which is her favourite) she said it didn't take much will power as she too listened to her body and also had no carbs with her meal.

This was tonight’s dinner. It called for chicken and I added the shrimp. I’ve never had a zucchini salad, and it was stellar.
Sooo I tried the #keto friendly #fatheaddough on this pizza and it kinda bombed ☹️. You HAVE to use parchment paper. I ran out and used foil. It sticks bad. Then I over cooked it a bit. I added #psylliumhusk to the dough too. I ate my half anyway and scraped the dough up. It’s not like regular crust, it’s softer. I think it has potential. Anyway, I’m satisfied!
