We are Wick and Wal of the Damn Good Food Company.
Tired of treating ourselves and our families on processed foods with minimum nutritious value we began to experiment in the kitchen. We discovered that nourishing our bodies with wholefoods and living consciously provided many health and lifestyle benefits that we wanted to share.
We spent two years in the kitchen creating our first product – our wholesome frozen treats for an all-natural indulgence. A range so damn good that there are no restrictions on when you can eat it. It is all the goodness without the guilt. •
We only use wholefoods. Nutrients remain in their truest forms because our treats are Raw. Our range is also Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Cane Sugar Free. And, most importantly we’ve produced flavours that satisfy your taste buds with every bite. We wanted to make you a product that would make you EAT GOOD, DO GOOD and FEEL GOOD.
Our treats are all hand made and we support local suppliers where we can.
EAT GOOD • DO GOOD • FEEL GOOD

One of my favorite foods, eggs are easy to prepare & nutritious, and you can make them in a variety of ways. Get creative, or keep 'em simple.
Two eggs, over medium
One tomato, sliced & sautéed
1 tsp paprika
A dash of curry
Salt & pepper to taste
