Working on my cooking skills
Zucchini Canoes oven cooked-
2 small zucchini
2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil, divided
1 tin of tuna, drained
1 celery stalk, minced
4 baby tomatoes
¼ medium red onion, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ( about half a lemon)
¼ tsp dried dill
Sliced cheese or grated
Given a choice, I’d always rather go out, actually...be ‘taken out’ for a coffee, especially as there are so many great baristas locally now. But, I thought it was time I shouted about how AMAZING this machine is since it dawned on me, I’ve had this for 3 years now!!! 3 years! It’s been the best present for me. I’ve even taken it on holiday when we’ve gone to stay in a cottage. 🤷🏻♀️
It takes some time and a bit of messy maintenance...people seem to be very happy to come visit you all of a sudden too 😏 You get to play around with using different beans or ground coffee and pretend you’re a milk art genius. It avoids that awkward pretentiousness when I order my drink - flat white with Oatly milk, not too hot but not warm, preferably not frothed milk either - gotta be velvety smooth right?!?! Being able to make my own at home means I can be as anal as I like 😬
From a nutritional and adrenal fatigue perspective I don’t encourage more than 2 hits each morning but if you’re gonna be a bear, be a grizzly #onlythegoodstuff#sageappliances#sagecoffeemachine
