**Sharing my result pictures from my recently completed program ** The other day, I shared my results from the 80 day program I just finished (and have since started AGAIN, because I ❤ it!). I thought I would post my before and after pictures as well, since I didn't include them in the original post. ***My results were, from my start date of January 15th, until my completion day of April 14th, I lost ➡15.75 inches (waist, hips, biceps, thighs, bust) and 7.6 lbs⬅**** It not only had 80 days of different workouts, filmed in real-time with the trainer and her supporting cast(so awesome because it had variety, and NOTHING repeated), but it also incorporated my whole food shakes you've all seen me make in my FB stories, as well as a nutrition plan, designed by nutritionists, and I used real, store bought food, available to anyone. There was no special foods I had to buy or learn to make.
What made this all a bit different than any program I have completed in the past, was making sure I had the appropriate food groups together at certain times of the day.
Did you know that makes a difference in how your metabolism works? I didn't either! What a huge boost this was! This was actually EASIER than what I have done before....easy enough where I will definitely KEEP using it!
I had been stuck at a plateau with everything for about six months, so this gave me a kick start again, made my metabolism kick back into gear, tightened up my nutrition even more, and gave me the opportunity to continue to make this a healthy lifestyle, and not a diet, because it is FAR from that! (Diets deprive you of things, healthy nutrition doesn't 😉). Anyways, here they are 😊. Another great push in the right direction!
If you want to hop in and join me, I highly encourage you to! I can give you more info if you want to know more!
Ahhhhh, camping season is almost here!
Even my kiddos are ancy to get on with better weather and camping season! Someone left me this little reminder on my kitchen table 😆
Who loves camping? 🙋
A few years ago, we decided to venture into the world of becoming owners of our first camper. We figured, the kids are still young, we don't really have a ton of time to take vacations for a week or two at a time (due to running our businesses, etc), and we wanted to have lots of family memories! So, we found a camper that fit our needs, and keep it at a seasonal lot, so we can enjoy it all summer 🌅
So, tell me some of your "tips" you've discovered over the years 👍! Are you an RV owner, or a tent camper? What did your kids like to do? Do you have any go-to recipes you always cooked? What type of things did you absolutely find necessary to have while camping?
I'm all ears!
I'm excited for the warm weather to arrive and finally be able to relax, hear nature again, and have nightly bonfires 🔥!
Let's cut to the chase.
It does NOT cost more money to eat healthy. You buy fresh foods, trust me....you'll actually SAVE money.
It does NOT take more time out of your day to BE healthier and exercise. ☝💡If you spend ANY time on Facebook or the internet, you HAVE time. You just are using it as an excuse. TV time? Yep. That can be time to work on you.
You always have a CHOICE. It is simple. You can either keep TALKING about how you SHOULD start living healthier, how you SHOULD start exercising, how you should should should.
But unless you actually make YOURSELF a priority, you'll never have a lasting habit to be able to live with.
I can talk until im blue in the face about all of this. Why? Because I USED to give all the excuses in the world why I COULDN'T. Yes, I did. For years.
Now, I could just kick myself in the rear for all the years I WASTED. I could've felt SO much better, so much earlier in my life, but I let excuses get in the way.
It's your choice.
But when someone shows me day in and day out, true results, how EASY it is to just do something simple, everyday from their own home, for pennies on the dollar, and they turn away because of preconceived judgements about what they THINK it is, and not what they could actually KNOW what it is instead?
Well, I mean, I can't MAKE anyone do anything they don't want to. And I don't WANT to either. Because quite honestly, unless you're READY to give it a true chance and work hard at it, I'm going to focus on people who DO.
And when people commit, I commit as your coach. FULLY. I'm not here to keep dragging you along. Both of our time is more valuable than that, don't you think?
Really ask yourself what you want. Do you want the change that is out there for you?
Then what is keeping you from going for it?? I'm here. For you. When you're ready.
It's so easy to get caught up in the "bubble" of people you know and are friends with, isn't it?
Coming from such a small community, I didn't have a huge amount of people I knew when I was younger, but eventually, as the years have gone by, and from the different jobs, college, grad school, etc, the list has continued to grow. 😊
What's wild to me, is since I began a few years ago with health and nutrition coaching, I have met some pretty amazing people because of it. Some of my closest friends now, have been people who sought help from me on Instagram or Facebook! We just "get" each other, and have a ton in common. Had it not been for social media, our paths would have never crossed.
And, some of the coaches who I mentor, have really came out of their shells (me too as well) and made some really huge strides with their own coaching too. We are an awesome team.
That's what I love about this. Touching so many lives. Meeting new people every day. HELPING people changes their lives for the better. I truly believe (and I know this sounds corny, but stick with me....), everything happens for a reason, when it is SUPPOSED to happen. I felt pulled in this direction 2 1/2 years ago.
I'm so grateful for all of it! New friends (and all of my old friends too 😉), new business relationships, new beginnings, and a pretty awesome career! I don't care a bit if it is completely different than what my degrees were for. The good thing is, I can do MANY things, (including still using those degrees) while still fulfilling my call with coaching every day.
Do what makes you feel whole! Not everybody understands what it is all about, and that's fine. Some have open minds to at least learn more about it, others just do their thing, sometimes not so nicely. That's today's world, unfortunately. I'm not here to convince them....no time and definitely no energy for that.
Anyways, I was reflecting a lot on this today. And, it has really opened my eyes. Alot.
Always be you. People will always have an opinion, but only YOU know your heart. If others TRULY know you, then they know your heart too. ❤
I am truly grateful for you all. You know who you are 😉
Today was day 77....almost done with completing this round of this program. "Chance 77." Chance 77 to change my life for the better.
Today during my workout, the trainer in my program said something that really hit home.
Every day, you have the chance to wake up and do something you can be proud of.
Make. yourself. PROUD.
We aren't just in this to get better PHYSICALLY, but a good "side effect" from all of it, is getting stronger with our mental game too.
In EVERY aspect of our life, this will serve us greatly.
It isn't about being bikini ready, or being "perfect". It haven't worked hard for that reason.....the reason is because doing this EVERY day (or as close to that as possible), it gives me SO much more. Clarity, positive energy, self esteem, and physically being stronger.
The missing piece to everything was support #1 , and #2 , realizing that this isn't some kind of CHORE (like I had been looking at it pretty much my whole life). This is a chance to improve my quality of life. On my OWN terms, and progressing at my OWN speed.
Are you ready to take a "chance" and make a simple change to make yourself a priority?
Taking the "chance" on myself almost three years ago, has changed so many aspects of MY life already.
2% of your day. 30 minutes. That's all you need.
I'm ready to FINISH this, and get on with my next challenge.
Who's ready to make their "chances" start happening? Let's tackle it together. Are you ready?
When people say these containers are "too small", or the meal plan "is too restricting"..... Really?
Excuse me while I EAT. 😉
Portion control works, AND, when you eat the RIGHT foods, it isn't restricting, you don't feel deprived, AND you'll start craving the real stuff. Not processed.
Ready to learn? We will EAT, and eat A LOT.
You know where I'm at. 😊
Good morning! It's Monday, yet again!
Today marks day 75 of staying accountable to myself, and my gals in my group!
Holy crap! 75 straight days.
When I starred this program back in January, I was a bit nervous what I was getting into. Yes, even after two and a half years, I still got those butterflies in my stomach.
The unknown. The doubts. The what ifs.
But then there were the "but what if you cans". Those were what kept driving me, every day.
The challenge of it all.
Then came the changes I didnt expect to see.
Then it got FUN.
At 38, almost 39, you don't expect to see your abs reappear, or your booty to lift, or bicep and tricep muscles to say hello....at least I didn't.
But they did, and it is fun to see! I've felt amazing these past few months with the nutrition plan, and learning more about everything. I've slept better, I've had more energy. My skin has cleared. My digestion is so much better.
I could go on and on.
75 days later, and I'm beyond words. Every day, I just keep at it.
Because, I'd rather feel this way every day, then go back to the way I felt before all of it. (Sluggish, tired, unmotivated)
I'm going to be starting another round of this in a couple of weeks. Come with me and see what it is all about! You're more than welcome to join me.....I could use another accountability partner 😉
"THIS IZU MUKAI SHUTOKU" 💀🕆☖ got my ticket at the last minute. ended up chatting with two girls who happened to be professional mangaka, got half drunk, almost didn't have enough cash for my train ride home, speeeeded on my bike to make it before curfew... we're meeting the university's president tomorrow morning. will i make it.
