Well not much done today, I didn’t get to my working sets. I abandoned all training, knee wraps, lifters on the lot and came home. My body does not like it at the moment, it does not take well to evening training. I keep pushing on and trying to make it work maybe I need to accept that I can’t carry on and stop beating myself up over what my body is telling me. I guess sometimes we can’t have it all. Added 5# to her Dead (which she was hungry for more, and will get more next time!) Added 15# to her squat (20# but not quite low enough) And 5# to her bench!
She stays consistent every week. Getting those core lifts in on the prescribed program. Even on the days she comes in right after a long, exhausting shift of saving lives, she still manages to rock out some heavy weights!
