This morning I have achieved my goal weight (apparently according to @myfitnesspal) 🎉 a goal I set just under a year ago. It’s taken me time to get there but now it’s done. This was the more “realistic” goal I set in my head of 67kg. In all honesty 65kgs is my target weight but I didn’t think it was achievable but now I’m going to go for it. Now I’ve previously said “f*ck the scales” and probably now sounds hypercritical. But its the context of the scales. Yes I want to hit 65kgs, but I also want to squat and deadlift 80kgs, I want to be able to do pull ups unassisted, I want to feel confident in a bikini and I want to feel fit and happy 😊 these are all my goals. If achieving one contradicts another then 🤷🏻♀️

I week 1 down of the #4weekbodyblitz part 2.5 (I started part 2 and then life happened)/ spring mini cut and I’m pretty darn happy. The process works, stick with it. Now 2 weeks before black tie attire and 3 weeks (hopefully) before Holidays. Let’s do this 💪🏻
