Do you count calories???
Counting calories is so LAST CENTURY!!
It is NOT AT ALL accurate and most often quite misleading and ineffective in terms of facilitating permanent/long term weight loss!
Why is that you ask?
Well the whole concept of calories was created/invented in the 1800s and was based on measuring the energy that was released when Food was literally burned.
When you consider that a human is not actually a fire-flame, applying this idea to how Food is “burned” in our bodies is a little silly.
Our metabolisms are affected and influenced by SO MANY FACTORS.
The “fire”/metabolism within each of us is COMPLETELY different and changes over time- even from moment to moment.
Therefore how you “burn” a particular food, compared to how I do, or how someone else does is completely variable.
This is why we all get completely different results and outcomes eating the same kinds of things...
Not only is the genetic basis of how you metabolise completely unique to YOU, the way in which the environment has interacted with and affected your genetic blue- print (epigentics) is COMPLETELY UNIQUE!
This is why I NEVER EVER recommend calorie counting OR following set diets or ways of eating.
The way to FREEDOM and to long-term and permanent weight loss is by learning to LISTEN TO your body!
When we disconnect from our bodies and tap into all the information out there, we make ourselves “deaf” to our inner “nutritionist”...
My Permanent Weight loss Blueprint avoids the trap of counting calories and even ideas that we can know our “genetic type” & eat according to that...
All these “man-made” tactics for “controlling our weight” are limited and many times misleading.
What works is learning to eat exactly how your body THRIVES OFF!
