Since I’ve surpassed 10k steps today and I’m just now sitting back down to knock out some business for @ravedb at 11:30PM, I decided to treat myself to a little snack. When @nnkpopcornbag opens up their Gloucester location..you MUST put Pecan Praline at the top of your “must have” list people. Holy popped kernels of sweetness! Best. Popcorn. Ever!

Good evening everyone! Tonight's dinner was so delicious and enjoyed by a bonfire. For the veggies I steamed some artichoke hearts and broccoli florets. For the main I made a avocado pesto with @eatbanza penne noodles. •
Pesto recipe calls for:
1 avocado, 1 cup fresh basil, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and juice from a lemon. Blend all ingredients then add to the pasta. I topped with sun dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes.

Lunch today. Made myself a gigantic yummy salad, and zucchini, rice and tuna patties. With heaps of herbs and @sirenatuna, they were super easy to make and yummy to eat.
I used 1 zucchini, 1 small tin of tuna in oil, 1 cup of cooked rice, 3 small eggs, a tonne of dill and parsley, spring onion and some breadcrumbs.

Guilt-free chocolate soufflé with banana!!! Just made up the recipe tonight. No sugar, no gluten (no grains), no dairy, no soy. Monday mood loading .... please wait . Ratatouille always perfect smile 😊 booster . Simple , fabulous , aromatic 😋👌so many recipes for it on internet . Now it’s staple in my kitchen . My secret is in a sauce - by adding roasted red bell pepper ( charred over grill and peeled of skin ) you taste bit sweetness and it’s aroma spreads around the house 😋
Mexican “Street Corn 🌽 “ Fajitas . I started with recipe from Food Network show The Kitchen ... but then I made It ... better 😜. Their recipe is bland needs more spices ! ✔️Started with 2 cups of Greek yogurt mixed with spices for marinate ✔️, divide , ✔️mix cup with meat ✔️. Dressing- 1 cup along with ✔️ 1/4 cup of cilantro chopped ✔️ zest and juice of 1 lime✔️1-2 tbsps of Cholula hot sauce ✔️cumin salt black pepper cayenne and curry to taste ✔️. I grilled corn and red pepper for smoky aroma and sweeter flavor ✔️. You can do same using grill pan on stove . ✔️before serving put tortillas for minute on hot pan to warm them up and another layer of flavor yum 😋 .
