#vietnamesericepaperrolls are a healthy yet filling favourite. You have so much variety with the fillings, it could be prawns, pork, tofu or chicken and almost any vegetable would taste good too. These rolls had chicken, coriander, lettuce, #homemade pickled cucumber & carrot, vermicelli noodles and capsicum. I also love making a hoisin, chilli and peanut butter dipping sauce!
