🍦 it’s ice-cream season!! It’s also bathing suit season, and tank top season and oh yea, skirts and shorts season!! So why not lighten up your desserts, drop the dairy sugar and calories?? I will always share a dessert with my little mama. But! If I’m eating it, it’s going to have nutritional benefits and taste amazing!!!
🍦I made this for Sasha. Why? Because I always have frozen bananas in the freezer along with frozen blueberries, pitaya, strawberries, coconut meat too! You name it, I have it in a baggie in the freezer.
Sasha doesn’t eat the “normal” ice-cream. I never bought it for her. I don’t believe she is missing out on anything but a super high sugar rush along with the junk that is in ice cream. Here is something sweeter than the other stuff. I just pulled out some frozen fruit, some frozen coconut meat added some Vital Proteins collagen and she was in her glory!
I bet that if you tried this and made it for your babies, they would LOVE it and you would fee so proud knowing you gave your sweet babies something HEALTHY SWEET and oh so yummy!!! Won’t you give it a try?
-2 frozen bananas
-1 packet frozen coconut meat
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-1 serving Vital Protein Collagen
-1/4 cup water - more or less.
—-whiz it all up in your Vitamix. I served Sasha’s to her with a cinnamon graham cracker (Annie’s). .
This was so delicious and allow me to say that the consistency was that of a creamy ice cream! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Day 1 back to healthier eating and I went from 135.2 yesterday to 134.8. Not huge but definitely in the right direction. I didn’t have any soda and got a lot of water in! Here’s to day 2! I will get better.
Stanchi del solito petto di pollo? Ecco una ricetta diversa per gustarlo
SPIEDINI DI POLLO PEPERONI E ANANAS
Ingredienti per gli spiedini per 4 persone :
600 gr di petto di pollo
400 gr di peperoni misti
320 gr di ananas fresco (o in scatola al naturale)
8 cucchiaini di olio extravergine di oliva
4 spicchi d’aglio
2 cucchiaini di succo di limone
sale iodato q.b.
spiedini da cucina
taglia il petto di pollo, i peperoni e l’ananas a cubetti grossolani e alternali sugli spiedini.
Prepara una marinata con l’aglio schiacciato, il succo di limone, un pizzico di sale e l’olio extravergine di oliva. Lasciala insaporire per qualche minuto, spennella gli spiedini e falli riposare per 5-10 minuti.
Fai rosolare gli spiedini in una padella antiaderente, coprili e lascia cuocere per 15 minuti girandoli da una parte e dall’altra per cuocerli bene.
