It’s easy to lose sight of the progress you make when the end goal seems nearly impossible and out of reach. Recently I had to remind myself of where I started, where I am along my journey, and where I want to be. The picture on the left: April 15, 2017 ( Day 0) I weighed 325 pounds. The picture on the right: May 18, 2018 (Day 391) I weigh 189 pounds...but I’m not finished.
Stay tuned for July 30, 2018 (Day 472). My scale goal weight is 150! 💪🏼🙌🏼 I am determined. I am strong. I FEEL strong.
Don’t ever forget about your journey when you feel like giving up. Instead, dig deep and ask yourself what you’re going to do to get you where you want to be. Lastly, don’t let anything or anyone stop you!
