The Cross Estate Gardens, Bernardsville, NJ. Originally built in 1905 by John A. Bensel, the “Queen Anne Farm” included a carriage house, a five-story stone water tower, and a gate house. In 1929, the property was purchased by W. Redmond Cross, renamed to “Hardscrabble House,” and extensively improved by his wife Julia (a member of the Royal Horticultural Society for eight years) and noted landscape architect Clarence Fowler. Today, the 162-acre property is part of the Morristown National Historical Park.

Except this. ❤️ [picks up a hot dog 🌭] And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this hotdog 🌭... And this taco 🌮. - The hotdog 🌭 and the taco 🌮 and that's all I need... And this tennis ball 🎾. - The hotdog 🌭, the taco 🌮, and the tennis ball 🎾, and that's all I need...” ❤️ #thejerk#moviequotes#sunday#2018may27#stevemartin
