Challenge your center of gravity with us for the next 10 days and let's see how grounded we can get together
Adding a twist to my boat by grabbing my leg in compass. I got into the pose by bending my right leg to support my balance. Once I got my compass grip and sitting on my tail bone, I straighten out my right leg.
For a more challenging balance on your tail bone, hold the right leg with your free left hand.
Remember to fully warm up 🔥even before photographing in heels. Stay safe. These are meant to be a still pose, do not practice flows in heels.

Navasana, la posture du bateau
Assis sur les ischions, jambes tendues, dos bien droit; penchez-vous légèrement en arrière, levez les jambes (pliées pour commencer), les tibias presque à l’horizontale, et les bras tendus devant vous. Contractez bien les abdominaux et le périnée, gardez le dos bien droit et tendez les jambes ! Veillez à garder la nuque étirée, dans l’allongement de la colonne vertébrale.
Bienfaits : améliore l’équilibre, tonifie le dos, étire le nerf sciatique, renforce les muscles des cuisses, stimule et régularise les fonctions digestives, calme les ballonnements, procure chaleur et énergie (pas mal pour commencer la journée). #yogiyoga#illustration pour @kingslane.yoga #yoga#navasana#bateau#boat#namaste

Igniting my core today by going boating!!! This is a great pose to feel the core engagement needed to lift yourself off the ground. Doing this pose first thing in the morning, got my system flowing quickly and ready to start my day.
