There's no guarantees when it comes to weight. The number on the scale can be affected by so many factors. It's still raining here, so I can't review it for running 😢, and I know several of you were interested, but I didn't want to hold you up.
I like to track my running, walking steps, calories, and heart rate. I know it has more features, but this is why I got it. Also, you don't need the chest strap💃🏽💃🏽
The battery stays charge for about a wk/ if you don't leave it on.
I only had two gripes: cleaning and wristband.
Overall I love it and I think it's a good investment. I paid $109 on Amazon.

I couldn't even run for more than one minute without getting tired, I couldn't shop at my favorite stores anymore.. The cute little outfits I saw thru the glass window of forever21, nahh Nelly.. keep walking. (That was before they came up with their plus size line).. I lacked confidence. I walked literally staring at my feet. (If I don't look ahead, I won't know if people are staring at me). The truth is, it f*cked my head.. Double Session of Bears today at @f45_training_eppingvic and for the first time since I’ve been training there, tonight I was brought to tears (which I hid and sucked it up and did the rest of the workout 😂) but I was done in by this sneaky little sandbag. It’s 15kgs, and easy lift but tonight because I’m tired and because it was my second sessions it felt like lead, but that’s not what made me cry. What made me cry was thinking about 15kgs being a heavy weight tonight, when I used to carry almost an extra 4 of these on me. All Day, Everyday.... I honestly don’t know how I did it. I cried because I was proud and because I want to keep pushing myself until I’ve lost another 4 of these! I don’t want to wait till certain milestones in my journey to be proud of what I’ve achieved.
