My couch has been well used this week. ••
I've been hit with some pretty nasty Winter lurgies this week. Mostly affecting me as a horrible cough and feeling of breathlessness. ••
As a result, I haven't trained for myself since Monday 😢
I really don't have anything profound to say here. These things suck and I'm sure I'll be firing on all eight cylinders again next week. ••
But for now, the couch and I have a hot date while I continue working on some business development ideas. ••
Have you ever wondered what the benefits of #BlockPlay are? Here are some of them!

FAQ: How often do I need to adjust my child’s harness?
The harness should be adjusted on a daily basis to fit a flat palm between the harness and the child’s chest. The height of the harness will require adjusting every few months as the child grows taller. The harness should be coming out from the seat at the heights of the shoulder.

Hi Mummas 👋 our next picnic date will be the 29th June and because it’s a little bit chilly at this time of year we have decided to hold this one at @the_cabin_collective
We can’t wait to catch up with you all 😘
Why three little bears??? I was recently asked this question followed by "why not peapods or another major cloth nappy business?" I started three little bears 🐻🐻🐻 for the end goal to make cloth nappies affordable for the everyday parent. I found whilst shopping for nappies that disposables where extremely expensive in the long run (not to mention bad for our environment) and when I turned to cloth a lot of 'big branded' MCN's are quite expensive too. I wanted our store to be able to sell cheaper MCN 's of the same good quality to willing parents to make cloth nappies mainstream in our busy lives. The more people using these nappies means the better life we are potentially giving to our children as landfill and pollution will hopefully decrease.
We are a small business but we do have big dreams ❤️ •
