Everybody has their “less favourite “ areas of their bodies. Let’s just say it took years for me and my booty to make peace with each other 🤣 .
This is definitely one of the areas that I have to work hard on, and this is one kick ass move that will make a huge difference (yes pun intended 😜). Tuck a weight behind your knee, then lift up and over, across your stationary leg while squeezing your butt! Try this move with 10 reps a side to start! You’ll feel it, I guarantee it 😜
☀️Move of the Day Monday☀️
Whenever you’re at the playground with your kiddos, try this fun but affective Ab exercise
✨✨Swing set fall outs✨✨(mimics the ab roller exercise)
1. Place elbows or hands in the seat of the swing
2. Feet should be about hip width apart try to keep legs straight
3. Push arms out as far as you can until you’re in a straight plank and feel it in your abs
4. Be sure to keep belly button pulled in tight to your spine.
5. Pause for a couple seconds, then bring swing back toward you to release
6. Do 15 reps 2x .
(be sure not to sway low back, if you feel it in back and not abs bring it back in a little and tighten the core)

You must remember that the dribble is one of the most important skills to master. You must always dribble with a purpose. The purpose may be to:
-Establish correct position on the floor to initiate a play
-Using your dribble to improve your passing angle
-Draw defender through penetration to open up a teammate for a shot

All about that time under tension in this move 🙌 keep that back leg and your back straight. Make sure your knee isn't going past your knee and PULSE.
This was supposed to be yesterday's workout, but cleaning those couches took more energy and time then I thought they would. I had a forearm pump afterwards 😅 BUT I jumped right back on the schedule today!

1 - Squat + Banded Row ▶ Squat Hold + Row ▶ Squat & Row Hold
2 - Split Squat + Banded Row ▶ Split Squat Hold + Row ▶ Split Squat & Row Hold
3 - Switch Legs ⤴ 👉 I did 3 reps of each in this video but recommend doing at least 5-10 & repeating as many rounds as possible 👌

Monday morning and we are back to classes! Working on our side drops. Here, I have extended the legs with the ball to challenge, but these can be done in a table top position also! Try and stop around a 45 degree angle and use the abs to bring the legs back. Huge thank you to my friend @sarauk24 for my gorgeous new mat!
