Happy Thursdayyyy! 💃🏼 where has this week gone?! Its gone sooo fast 🙌🏻 Breakfast is 40g Tesco Malt Wheats for my Healthy B choice, topped with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & a muller yogurt! All portioned up ready to eat at my desk at work 🍓☺️ I have this for breakfast Monday-Friday as it's so quick and easy to eat while I'm at my desk. What does everyone else have for breakfast?! I need more ideas 🤷🏼♀️ 9lb until target I need to keep going!!! 🎯

(Swipe —>) From October till this past Friday. I weight 165 back then and now I’m 177, three pounds away from my goal! I didn’t change the way I trained or add in any new exercises, I just kept busting my ass day in and day out. I trained the same thing here as well, just different gains. ⏳🤞🏾

The question you have to ask yourself is not "what would make me happy?" Because the answer to it will be simple "i want to be rich, to be a champion, to be in love, look fit....." everyone wants that.
But the real question that you have to ask yourself is "what suffering do you want to endure?" When you answer that you can start setting your goal.
