Look at this amazing testimony from Shelby Linnebur!! 😍 This is why I am still sharing these supplements 3 years later and why I’ll continue to share. They are changing lives. It truly is amazing what can happen when your gut finally starts functioning the way it’s meant to! No more stomach pains, 🙌🏼less inflammation, 🙆🏼♀️better sleep, 😴more energy, 🕺🏻weight loss!! 💃🏻Just a few of the benefits of a healthy gut, using plant based vitamins and minerals! SO happy for you Shelby!! 👇🏼👇🏼 Shelby shares: “I recently got yet another compliment on how much I’ve “slimmed down” in the past year, so I guess I better to do another comparison post to brag about my AMAZING health & wellness products! The first picture is of me in September 2016. I was finally working out regularly, eating pretty healthy, and had lost about 5 pounds since college. However, I still had afternoon crashes on the reg and I would nap whenever I got a chance!
My chronic stomach pains were pretty bad, to the point that I was complaining about them daily and had to be careful about what I ate. I didn’t realize how “inflamed” my body was. I figured with a healthy diet and exercise, I would feel great again and my face would even slim down. Well, it didn’t.
A good friend of mine continued to educate me about plexus and I kept brushing her off. I thought I was “too healthy” for plexus. I learned in all of my college nutrition classes that our bodies don’t need supplements if we are getting what we need through our regular diet, and I thought I was.
After numerous doctor visits, ZERO answers, and continued stomach pains, I finally decided to try this “plexus” stuff. I am not good at admitting when I’m wrong, but boy, was I wrong! Within 2 weeks my stomach pains were completely GONE! After about 3-4 months, I noticed my face had slimmed down tremendously, and after about 6 months, I dropped 2 pants sizes!
I have continued taking my plexus products consistently for over a year now. I eat whatever I want, although I do try to eat somewhat healthy. And I workout about 3 days a week. I haven’t been this comfortable in my own skin EVER.
Here's the funny thing about being a mom & a photographer; the photographer side of me tells clients-with-toddlers to expect the photoshoot to be more like a play date where I am just tricking them into smiling and posing The mom side of me thinks that I can take my son to the tulip festival and actually expect a pose! ha! Well, here's the legs up pose I've seen many pinups attempt. No, rolling in the mud was not on the agenda; but he was giggling and having so much fun and I was under the weather and really just didn't have the energy to do more than survive the day without physical or mental breakdown. He had a blast, we have great memories... not so much the glorious award winning photos I was hoping to get but that will have to happen a different day.
Side note, Corbin is 15 months and picking up language at a rapid rate; 2-4 new words or ASL signs a day. We had a funny language moment with his Papa:
Corbin tripped and fell in the front room.
Papa said "Crash & Burn" (to make light of the situation).
Corbin stands up and signs to him Crackers & Birds with a big smile, pauses and looks at me and signs Crackers & Birds.
We start laughing at him because it was such a cute mistake and he laughs too thinking we are laughing with him. :) This is a fun age. <3 www.SomeLikeItShotPhotography.com
Happy Earth Day! My son went on a walk with grandma today and came back in with this. He handed it to me and said, "I got this for you mom" ❤❤ He is an absolute gem of a boy and is going to grow up to be a complete gentleman someday.
4.22.18// Sitting on our invisible couch (refer to my stories) with my favorite squishy face almost 3 year old. He’s becoming a rare occurrence on my feed since he is much too busy for me these days so when these little moments/opportunities arise I take full advantage 💛🍋 // #misterhunterdean#firstborn#momofboys
Swim suits season use to be so tough for me. Avoiding trips to the pool or river because I didn’t feel confident or comfortable... Covering up and then being uncomfortable because I was too hot.
Being so self conscious that I wouldn’t have fun at events because I was in deep with negative self talk.... It’s no way to live.. and it’s not a good example to set for our kiddos.
I’ve worked hard these last 5 weeks. Testing our new program that launches in May. It’s amazing what it’s done for my confidence and my mindset! I don’t miss the 12 lbs as well! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 bye bye bloat and inflammation ✌🏻 Hello swimsuit season! 👙👙👙 Last call to join my five week workshop that starts tomorrow! Drop me an emoticon below to show me that you’re interested in joining. 👙🌞🌸🦎🐒💃🏼💞🙌🏻🧘🏼♀️🦋
Quality time with all my boys today 💕 But really only because Alex sprained his ankle and couldn’t do yard work, my poor guy! Anyone have unusual advice for sprains?? The best we got so far is wrapping his ankle in brown paper bags soaked in red wine vinegar - a Jamaican remedy (thanks George 🙌🏻) - but really we’ll try anything! 🤷🏻♀️🤣
There is no such thing as a Mom appropriate swimsuit. .
The only swimsuits that are appropriate are the ones you feel your best in. .
Do you fee comfortable?
Do you fee beautiful?
Do you feel sexy?
Then wear that swimsuit until it falls apart.
Who gives a f*** what anyone else thinks?! #fitmom#mob#momsofboys#momsofinstagram
Oh and by the way @channingtatum is available....thoughts?

The hardest part is starting!! #fueledbyplexus 💕
As I was doing my shopping for the week, I was going through my list and checking off each item making sure that I didn’t miss anything. My cart was filling up and as I went down each aisle i was making note of the prices 💰 and I knew pretty quickly that my total was going to be more than my “normal” grocery run. See...i decided to make a change in my health and wellness as I knew I had been slacking and I wasn’t happy with where I was. I’ve been putting off doing this and making excuses because you see....in my eyes👀 it’s more expensive to eat healthy. To be honest I feel it’s just a fact! Once I got to check out...I began loading the belt with food and after it was all said and done... my bill was DOUBLE....yes DOUBLE what I’ve been paying as of late. I see why people fall into ruts and give up. It can be completely frustrating and defeating. With that being said, I want to make this change for not just me but my family! So hit me with your best tips and tricks for eating healthy on a budget! Flood my comments below because I need help!! 👇🏻👇🏻🤷🏻♀️
I’m open to all suggestions! ✨✨
