You don’t need a Monday to get started.. Just a good superfood breakfast + a little #Mommotivation
Just crushed workout #2 of the day with little Man by my side and got some much needed #MMA style moves down by pressing play on one of my very fav programs that I think is going to be great for me on my way to getting these after baby abs back!👊🏻
Plus I only do workouts I enjoy and I love this one such a stress reliever punching and kicking in a workout.
Sometimes I get down seeing my Facebook memories I have to take a break from seeing all my mad workout moves I had the last few years but the best part is I got there before and so I know I can again if I put the work in but one day at a time and for now life is all about fueling this body for Baby❤️ All great things take time babes!!! Gotta learn to use that before baby body for even more motivation daily😍😍😍
• DISC HERNIATION 101 •
Disc herniations may develop over time (weeks to months) or happen acutely with an injury. There are 4 stages of severity with disc pathologies.
1) Disc Degeneration: Due to ongoing lower back compression and resultant chemical changes associated with aging, discs tend to compress without herniation.
2) Prolapse: Also named a bulging disc or a protruding disc, the form or position of the disc changes with some slight impingement into the spinal canal and/or spinal nerves.
3) Extrusion: The nucleus pulposus (inner gel like sac) breaks through the outside wall (annulus fibrosus) but remains within the disc.
4) Herniated or Sequestered Disc: The nucleus pulposus breaks through the annulus fibrosus and can then go outside the intervertebral disc. -|Diagnosis|- An MRI or CT Scan is usually the key clinical indicator of a herniated disc. Sometimes a myelogram is used where you receive an injection of a dye. This dye will show up well on a CT scan, enabling your physician to more easily see the damaged areas of the disc.
An X-ray may also be used to look more closely at bony structures which can rule out other causes of Lumbar Spine pain.
Many herniated discs will have associated numbness, tingling and/or pins and needles being felt in a certain distribution down the leg. Muscle weakness can also be present with larger disc herniations. -|Acute Treatment for Herniated Discs|- * Rest in supine 90/90 (90 degrees hip flexion and 90 degrees knee flexion) * ICE for first 48 hours (10-15 minutes every 2-3 hours), later heat can be applied * Muscle Relaxers * NSAID’s - Non-Steroidal Antinflammatory drugs * Epidural Steroid Injection -|Self Treatment for Herniated Discs|-

In a recent interview on MMAjunkie Radio, Covington revealed that he would be escorted by armed guards in every UFC event he will be attending from here on out.
“We’ve already taken those measures,” Covington said. “Luckily, my agent, Dan Lambert, has all the money in the world. He’s already hired a full security guard team, (and) whenever I go to events or anything related to the UFC, I will have armed security guards with me.”
One of the notable disputes that Covington has been involved in was a street altercation with former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum outside a hotel in Sydney, Australia last November. Werdum ended up hurling a boomerang, which urged Covington to press charges.
While he may talk in a brash manner, Covington also reminded his fellow fighters to act accordingly.
“At the end of the day, we’re professional prizefighters – stop acting like street thugs. We’re not going to fight in the streets,” Covington said. “I get paid a lot of money to go in there and fight on pay-per-view. I’m not fighting in the street.”
“All these guys that want to act tough and act like they’re hard in the street, that’s cool, man,” he added. “I’m glad you want to act hard, and your emotions are driving crazy, but you need to get out of your feelings, nerds.”
Covington will face Rafael dos Anjos for the interim welterweight title at UFC 225 on June 9th in Chicago.
