First #Soundembodiment event at @CeremonyHealing Center the other week out near Denver, CO. ✨🎵✨
I can't even begin to describe just how powerful these instruments both sounded & felt in this studio a couple of weeks ago! And I don't say this too often, but the acoustics here were some of the best that I've heard my instruments sound in before (rivaling that of The Integratron and other similar "acoustic tabernacles")!!
What a true joy to experience these instruments in their full magnificence and acoustic glory!

I had the opportunity to spend my ENTIRE Day with The Monks and Nuns from Magnolia Grove Monastery! Thank you for teaching me the keys to being Mindful, not only while meditating but While Eating(Vegan), Walking, and Sleeping! Y’all know I like to talk and laugh, but the entire day I was MUTE😱

I am proud to say how i have used neuroplasticity in my own healing.
This is the foundation of all of my coaching and consulting programs.
As a systems engineer when i heard that medicine has no cure for me, I was heartbroken, sad, and was even feeling betrayed. I had spent way too many years in the world of science and how things work to lose my faith totally.
Yet, i lost my faith for some time. I had to ACCEPT that science seemingly has no treatment so I could experience what SURRENDER means.
It was only after I started healing by opening myself to other possibilities that I discovered neurobiology and how neuroscience can play a role for me.
Neuroplasticity is real and amazing but it has its own path. Wanting to make that change, knowing why you need to change, and how to make it.
Like anything else, it has its own unique process and that is where coaching comes in.
What can you offer to yourself and to your practice today? Can you offer more love? More dedication? More kindness? More compassion? Does your teen suffer from testing anxiety or occasionally feels anxious with the stress in their lives whether academically or socially? Our youth are experiencing greater levels of stress and anxiety on a day to day basis. Meditation is an empowering practice that helps children ﬁnd balance in their lives.
In this one-hour meditation workshop, we will focus on positive techniques and tools to reduce anxiety and stress, improve focus and concentration, help them manage emotions and increase self-esteem.
Cost $25 per person and includes one meditation bracelet given to the teen at the workshop.
