When you’re stuck in a negative thought that is just spiraling down, write 2 good things!
When you’re feeling this negative thought, write something that brings you happiness or someone who loves you or something you’re thankful for!
For me that’s...
1. @avi.nai who I love so much.
2. Having clothes, shelter and food. -
I know things can be routine and we need to remember he people we truly love and the things that we truly are thankful of. I can’t tell you enough how much I love my girlfriend and how thankful I am for having clothes, food and shelter.
What would your two things be? 👇👇👇

The Burn’s Anxiety Inventory is a quantitative measure of your anxiety symptoms. It’s a very robust list of mental and physical symptoms one may experience if an anxiety fixation is present.
Don’t worry too much - it’s meant to score high!! And it is not the only measure to be used if someone is wanting to diagnosis an anxiety disorder!
When was the last time you took a break? What has stopped you from taking a break? Is it because you felt like you didn’t have enough time or energy to do it “right”? So often we do not let ourselves take breaks because of our own perfectionism. “I don’t have time to meditate for a full ten minutes right now so I won’t do it at all.” What if you took a 30 second meditation just to give your mind a brief rest? “I don’t have time to take twenty minute mindful walk in the neighborhood right now, so I’ll just move on to my next task instead.” What if you took ten seconds to raise you face towards the sun, feeling the sensation of warmth against your skin?
So often we think of taking breaks as lengthy and self indulgent tasks. We fall into all or nothing thinking so easily.
But what if it would actually benefit us more in the long term to think of “taking breaks” as a micro skill. It doesn’t have to be long, it doesn’t have to be disruptive to our lives.
How can we sprinkle this skill throughout our days to help keep ourselves regulated, as opposed to waiting until we have the “perfect” time to take a break (which inevitably never comes!).
How can taking many “mini” breaks throughout the day become a life skill? #takeabreak#mentalhealthtips#mindfulness#nervoussystemregulation#nervoussystemhealth#mentalhealththerapy#mentalhealththerapist

ALO day 2
Today I didn’t wake up motivated Or wanting to press play however through these last 90 days I have learned the importance of true consistency and sticking to a daily routine that works for me. So I pushed my negative thoughts aside, had my pre meal and pressed play anyways.
Funny thing happened which still amazes me about halfway through my endorphins kicked in and my motivation returned it was only a half hour which is no longer as challenging as it used to be since switching to hour workouts.
It was just what I needed to start my day off right although only 30 minutes I still got a great work out which is one of my favorite things about the on-demand the ability to find a program that is right for you as we are all individuals with different fitness levels and with different goals to reach.
Now with that sweat session behind me I have that positive mindset to have a productive day filled with the energy needed💪
Through this journey I am learning my daily workouts are truly my therapy and self care and help me center my thoughts and balance my life each and everyday ❤️ Still thankful every day to have become a coach and start my own lifestyle journey to the healthiest version of me❤️ Today is transformation Tuesday and most of my transformation has occurred internally since I started Beachbody almost 2 years ago💪 However through this internal transformation external results are finally starting appear❤️ Hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday❤️ #selfcare#autumncalabrese#mentalhealththerapy#mindsoulandbodybalancedhealth

Pursue your Purpose
Turn your “L’s” into lessons.
I posted this before but just wanted to emphasize that your losses or what you perceive as a loss, isn’t a loss. It’s a lesson.
It’s a lesson.
It’s a lesson.
It’s a lesson.
Continue to tell yourself that and don’t beat yourself up, don’t harp on your “L’s” take them and utilize them for positivity. “What can I learn?” “What did I learn?” “How can I apply this moving forward?”
Pursue your Purpose.
Self-care doesn’t mean you have to go sit in a corner and breathe by yourself. There are MANY avenues of your life where self-care can be implemented.
Focusing your self-care on which area you feel called. Doing any activity that fuels you. Be present for yourself first and foremost.
It’s funny being named Aprile. Especially during my month.
This is the month where people from out of the blue contact me just because the month triggers their memory of me. Where people in my everyday life find me and be like, “I’ve been thinking about you a lot, but I don’t know exactly why”. Where strangers extra talk to me because they ask my name and they are like, “oh how cool, Aprile in April, right? Were you born in April too?”
So funny, but I love it. I wouldn’t change it for the world.
During my month I've decided to share a special message on Thursdays at 12 pm EST during an Instagram LIVE! Aprile in April- join me today!
I'm gonna call it a great day when you get the rare chance to talk to a long-time friend for a bit AND also one of your newer friends and they both take the time to listen and show they care. Plus, end the night at the Mesa Boys Volleyball Match vs. Red Mtn with Mesa for the win! #mentalhealththerapy 🙏🏻😊🏐🐰💜💛
