Lorsque qu’il inscrit ses premiers blazes sur quelques murs de banlieue, celui que ses potes ont toujours surnommé Gregos est loin de se douter du cheminement artistique qui l’attend. Influencé par une culture hip-hop naissante et estampillée « made in USA », ses premières montées d’adrénaline vont de pair avec l’envie de s’exprimer. Fin du lycée et service militaire mettent fin à ce prologue urbain mais Gregos, qui continue à travailler avec ses mains, ne tarde pas à ouvrir un nouveau chapitre de son aventure plastique.
Gregos préfère l’humour... son coup de gueule est visuel. Ce premier visage, collé en 2006, est blanc, simplement signé sur la joue ! Un second visage, collé quelques semaines plus tard, en appelle un troisième... Le goût de l’adrénaline donne de la saveur à ses sorties et fin 2007, elles sont devenues une habitude. Gregos rejoint peu à peu les rangs du street art. Les rencontres précèdent les collaborations dans le cadre de session de collage ou d’événements.
Noctambule solitaire, l’artiste urbain est toujours à l’affût du spot idéal, du morceau de mur pas encore saturé, de cet endroit inattendu où il pourra créer la surprise... Parmi les passants charmés par le passe-muraille, se trouvent quelques journalistes et galeristes qui proposent de présenter son travail dès 2008.

Omega-3 fats are a hot topic in the media and their consumption has been linked to important health benefits. They come in different forms:
➖ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) cannot be made in the body so must be eaten in our diet. It has important functions and is needed to make other omega-3 fats. ALA is found mainly in vegetable oils, rapeseed and flaxseed, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts and green leafy vegetables.
➖EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are long-chain fats that can be made from ALA in our bodies. They have the most direct health benefit. Fish and especially oily fish (salmon, mackerel) are the best sources.
Benefits of eating oily fish: 🐟
People from the Mediterranean, Japan and Greenland with a diet rich in omega-3 have been shown to have lower risk of heart disease than Western countries. Because of this and other potential health benefits, it is recommended that everyone should try to eat two portions of fish per week, one of which should be oily fish.
Can I use supplements instead?
There are currently no UK recommendations for omega-3 supplements. It is best to try to get omega-3 from foods but the following advice may be helpful if you choose to take a supplement:
➖Look for omega-3 oil rather than fish liver oil.
➖Do not take supplements containing vitamin A if you are pregnant or planning a baby.
➖Check labels for DHA and EPA content and aim for (about 450mg EPA and DHA per daily adult dose).
➖Choose an age-appropriate supplement – children will need less than adults.
➖Seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian if in doubt!

A cup of fennel tea is rich in #nutrition such as# vitamin A, B-complex, C and D, but also is a great source of #antioxidants , #amino acids, #fatty acids, #calcium , #potassium , #iron , #magnesium , #sodium , #phosphorus , #zinc and #sulphur . Therefore, it has several #health#benefits such as cleansing body from toxins, improves digestion, help with heartburn, eliminate water retention and bloating.
How to brew fennel tea? ● Take 1 teaspoon of dried fennel seeds per cup of tea and pour hot water over it.
(Make sure you do not boil the fennel seeds as this will kill most of its nutrients). ● Cover and let it brew for 10 minutes, you will get a light yellow infusion.
The best time to take this tea is after meals to help treat your digestion problems and its sweet taste, much similar to that of licorice, can serve as a wonderful after dinner treat. Drink it 3 times a day.

I stayed here at Ammoudí beach a couple of days.. Ate watermelon, slept in a hammock under the stars, surrounded myself with the sound of the beautiful Libyan sea and surrendered to its gentle waves and true power! I won't be sharing all my favourite spots with you - you have to go to see and find the magic for yourselves. Not knowing what's around the corner is a beautiful thing, and how I found this place. And this place I will share. A real gem on the Southcoast.
