1/2 hr HIIT done ✅ another cracking workout from @peitamorris @mvnthub 20 sec per exercise x 6 rounds. Blue writing was done first eg: 5 shuttle runs in 20 sec, 10 ball slams in 20 sec and so on. One round was all six exercises. The side med-ball throw with slide back is one of my favourite exercises ever... had never done a medball throw this way until a @juicecompound video I saw around a year and a half ago - i love that it’s part of the training now that they are programming my S&C. 2️⃣ crunch leg pull in while rotating med ball under legs- make sure to switch the side you rotate the med ball over (right and left side) 
3️⃣ med ball ab twists 
4️⃣ med ball plank bring through leg
5️⃣ med ball plank with back leg lifts > try to do 2 sets of 12 reps for each exercise. 🙂

I call this the knock out drill. The goal is to knock the medicine ball from my hands. Key tips for the fighter: keep your punches short and explosive. Short and explosive combos will generate more power and likely knock the ball out. This drill will bring out your competitive nature and make you work. Only a few of my guys knocked the ball out my hands and @toohotfidem_2 was one of them. My brother is monster in the ring 🥊 and also on the court 🏀. •

I call this the knock out drill. The goal is to knock the medicine ball from my hands. Key tips for the fighter: keep your punches short and explosive. Been seeing these on my ig for years and always wanted to be able to do them so 2 weeks ago i started with the red band asistance ones, after 3 sessions and going down to a old orange band thought id have a go last night without and god damm i ticked something else of !! Felt bloody awsome, i just think they look cool. Will hammer these now with and without bands to build stregth and perfect.
