Matcha mood💚...with an incredibly intense week on my agenda, I need to be sharp, focused, attentive, calm/relaxed yet energized. That means making the most of my time when kids are in school, early bedtime, walks and fresh air everyday- and I’m so thankful the sun is shining so I can have the windows open.
And although I drink matcha occasionally, this is a great week to kick it up to daily use.
A few ways that I enjoy it are in smoothie bowls, energy balls, tea and lattes. To get a creamy and frothy matcha latte I use full-fat coconut milk in my @vitamixca I first mix the matcha into boiling water), then blend with a bit of sweetener such as raw honey if you like.
When looking for the best quality matcha- look for organic ceremonial grade, authentic Japanese matcha. Matcha is the king and 10 x more powerful than green tea.
