My glutenfree vegan lunch at a Columbian food stall on Copenhagen's famous food street. It was superbly tasty...rice with seeds, red kidney beans, salad with an orange juice dressing and plantain crackers served with spicy salsa and fresh guacamole. The stall is called La Tienda DK.
And after we had eaten disco4 another vegetarian and vegan friendly Italian stall called Madenitaly..... Vegans are everywhere yayyyyyyyy
With the student days at @copenhagenstreetfood we started thinking how a typical studen might eat. Busy schedule many times leads to a typical spaghetti n ketchup kind of deal with some mozzarella on top (not always but it happens).
