Diet hack 🛠 - 6
Cooking is easy, but getting the ingredients ready is the hard part. The hack I found useful is to use a electronic chopper in the morning and ready enough raw ingredients to last the whole day!
Meal 9 🍱 : Oats, fennel seeds and Fruits
1) Soak almonds over night.
2) And water and boil oats and and fennel seeds in a pan, once almost dry turn of the heat
3)Place a lid on top, let the steam do the rest.
4) Toss in the fruits and almonds into the mix
