Because our lives are lived uniquely, every decision we makes creates our dna uniquely and the entire past lineage to heal is uniquely ours. Such a full conversation to have and only touched upon! 💛
This is a four fold path journey. Often we stumble onto the path through awareness of healthful eating but then we realize we fell through a rabbit hole and we cannot heal one body without healing all the bodies and bringing them into alignment. 💛

Oh look! It’s eggs, spinach, and avocado with salt, pepper and #hotsauce ...AGAIN! I rely on simple repetition to save time and mental energy. Plus, it’s really yummy. .
I am, however, consciously saving my fat grams for other things (like #bulletproofcoffee and #macadamianuts ) so today I mixed it up a little and poached the eggs (which I’m really liking now that I know how do do it perfectly) and I sautéed the spinach in a little water. No bacon fat today. .

-Nüsse sind wertvolle Fettlieferanten, die voll gepackt sind mit Mikronährstoffen -Studien zeigen, dass Menschen, die täglich Nüsse essen durchschnittlich länger Leben und weniger häufig an Herz-Kreislauferkrankungen, Atemwegserkrankungen und Krebs erkranken
-Als Fettquelle sind ganze Lebensmittel dem isolierten Fett aus Lebensmitteln (Ölen) immer vorzuziehen, da durch die Verarbeitung ein Großteil der Nährstoffe verloren geht
-Nüsse sättigen mehr als Öle -> Grund dafür sind die in Nüssen enthaltenen Ballaststoffe
-Nüsse erhöhen den Stoffwechsel um 10%
-25 % des Fettes aus den Nüssen wird aufgrund der in den Nüssen enthaltenen Ballaststoffe ungenutzt wieder ausgeschieden

-As a source of fat, whole foods are always preferable to the isolated fat from foods (oils) because most of the nutrients get lost through processing
-Nuts fill you up more than oils due to the fiber -Nuts increase metabolism by 10%
-25% of the fat from the nuts is excreted unused due to the fiber contained in the nuts
-Only 3/4 of the calories are compensated
Macadamia trees grow in warm climates, and their nuts are not picked but rather gathered when they fall. They are also the toughest nut to crack - it takes 300 pounds per square inch to crack their shells!! Why do we use them? Because macadamia oil helps smooth hair. Macadamia Nut Bread! Turned out fluffy and tasty! I thought it would be dense looking at the way it kind of sagged. It's very light it's very nutty, moist and sliced very easily. I like it. You have the Macadamia flavor and you have a little bit of a coconut flavor but not a strong coconut flavor. I would say it was a success! In process macadamia nut bread. 1 cup macadamia nut butter, 1 Cup softened coconut butter, 5 eggs, 1 rounded teaspoon baking powder, dash of lemon juice, dash of apple cider vinegar. I made the macadamia nut butter by using my processor they were roasted macadamia nuts with a little salt so I did not add salt to the recipe for the bread if you were to use unsalted macadamia nuts you would probably need to add some salt. #macadamia#macadamianuts#macadamianutbread#ketodiet#ketobread#ketoyum#nutbread#lchf
