This was my very special birthday workout. Since it’s still my birthday month I figure it’s not to late to share 🤣🤣 Iv hit the big 2️⃣9️⃣ So I wanted to do a workout with 29 reps of each exercise (finishing 29 as quick as possible before moving to the next exercise) it killed the legs and glutes 🍑 which allowed me to feel good about eating pizza and a pistachio latte 💃🏼🤗! 29 of each:
1 leg lunge (29 each)
Back reach lunge (29 each)
Forward reach lunge (29 each)
Chest to ground burpee

This is actually the photo taken right at the very end of their PT session workout. The reasons why I love this photo is because it is genuine and pure. They are exhausted, I put them through their paces and also beyond which they thought they were capable of, they both gave it 100% and smashed their workouts. Oh and did I mention they had both hit new PB's on their max deadlifts just before this too?
I am extremely proud of these two and the results they have made so far.
Sean has newfound fitness and strength, while Jen has lost weight and gained more confidence with herself. 💪
Now of course not every PT session ends with you in a puddle of your own sweat, that is not the goal nor does it simply you did the right exercises. But it does show that with a right directing coach on your side, you can push harder than you thought. It is too easy to listen to yourself and take it easy, but it can be more effective when you have a coach to command and direct your workout flow, your body simply follows.

So today I was reminded just how human I actually am. I was halfway through my workout and drinking my BCAA’s when I got a horrible migraine. Shit happens and sometimes you can’t control it, even though I’m super frustrated about not finishing a leg day there’s always tomorrow🌟
If quad muscle is something you really want then don’t forget to do lunges they’re so effective. 😊Smith machine lunches 4 rounds 35-45 pounds on each side 8-15 reps.
P.s. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t do a lot of reps when you add more weight, you have to train your body to be stronger!!
