Have you been to a luau? What's your favorite Polynesian dish?
We had a fun and full Day 2 of our trip but you'll have to read the post and look at the album to see what we did at the @polynesianculturalctr.
The luau came with the package we got and this birthday girl got to go up on stage for May birthdays. (It also included a guided tour and night show which were both fantastic!! We give them many shakas. 😛) She was one of two kiddos in the bunch so it's safe to say beginning of May is a good time to go because spring break happened already and the rest of the crowds won't be there until school's out for the summer.
It was also a very educational day as we learned the history and culture of the Polynesian people from all the different islands. (I took notes like the word nerd that I am.) We got to use all our senses to learn about islands like Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, and more!
Can’t believe my son is graduating. Thank you Tia @lollierb for the amazing pictures. And friends and family remember to save the date 6/3/18 for @ikebro44 #luau themed party at 1pm. If your reading this your invited, we will have a full roasted 🐷 and lumpia, bring your bathing suits 👙 and towel. Please RSVP. Thx. Proud of you son. #graduation2018#maui
