Gusface beef patty stuffed with cheddar
Low n Slow smoked beef rib

All in a toasted sesame seed bun.
Beef ribs cooked low n slow over snakewood for 6+ hours, Gusface 200gm beef patty stuffed with cheddar cooked Sous Vide for 4 hours and then finished over direct flames, my own BurgerQ sauce creation, of course bacon, Smokey bbq sauce, bread and butter pickles, sweet chilli sauce mixed with Philadelphia cheese, sliced red onions caramelised with butter and maple syrup, the infamous DairyLea burger slices, all served in a toasted sesame seed hamburger bun.
