Forgot to post #day11 yesterday, so here it is alongside #day12 . Today is the first time I've felt any real progress in monkey pose. Postponing my run til tomorrow, though I spent a decent chunk of my afternoon walking around.
Day 34 no veggies or carbs on vacation and still keeping it Carnivore-Keto..allot of what you eat, and the struggles you got with food is mental. We’ve grown up with fast food places on every corner and menus at restaurants as thick as phone books kidding not kidding . To many options and most are bad options for your health, breaking today’s fast with (2) 73/27 burgers. Some say “you got to live a little” or “your on vacation don’t worry about it” why would I want to eat something that’s not optimal for my health?
