Almost four years ago, I weighed over 300 lbs. I had hypothyroidism, blood pressure issues, and was teetering on the edge of pre-diabetes. But the reality is that eating healthy foods is important. Not only for our health, but for our hunger, energy, and ultimately how good we feel.

And eating healthy doesn’t have to be miserable either...

Sure, it’ll require some sacrifice and discipline, but if you can build habits around eating them, you’ll set yourself up for success.

Here are 9 of my favorite Healthy Eatin’ Habits:

1 👉 Plan healthy foods into your daily plan (so you don’t have to think about it)
⠀ 
2 👉 Make healthy foods convenient by prepping them beforehand
⠀ 
3 👉 Eat them FIRST at meals
⠀ 
4 👉 Stick to ones you actually enjoy eating!
⠀ 
5 👉 Buy ‘em in bulk (this’ll save you some $$$)
⠀ 
6 👉 Add some flavor (you don’t have to eat ‘em bland, you know)
⠀ 
7 👉 Get creative with your cookin’
⠀ 
8 👉 Don’t fear frozen (no, frozen is NOT unhealthy)

If friends invite me out for some froyo on Thursday night, I’m not thinking, “should I stay home and eat salad or go hang with friends?”

This is the situation because of the information that is readily available to the people and also because of how people now think. .
Which means a lot of people are confused on what is right and wrong. You see, you don't need to drink any magic supplement that will make you lose fat, you don't need to do a thousand situps. What you need to do is to be consistent in strength training, be in a slight caloric deficit, and make sure you recover well. Be consistent with it, be patient and you will like the results.

🍻Alcohol just like any other food has calories. If your willing to track your alcohol consumption you can absolutely stay on track while drinking.

🍹The pressing issue is that alcohol is empty calories and also lowers inhibitors causing us to make poor choices that aren’t inline with our values.

🍸If your able to log/track your drinks like you do other foods then more power to you. If your looking to take your physique to the next level then it’s wise to give your body nutrients dense food that will help it build and recover instead of the empty calories from drinking.

🍺Unfortunately drinking is usually a gateway to Taco Bell at 3am or Nations (totally speaking from experience🙈). It’s very disheartening to work hard all week and then lose all of your progress for a single night.

This is me, 30+ lb lost!!! Today i want to talk to you about my transformation so far, the picture on the left was taken on the end of October 2017 the picture on the right was taken today by my fotographer (my daughter) lol. (left) this was the picture that made me realize how big had i let my self got 180lb 😲 yeah u heard right. Smh you have no idea how much i regret not paying attention to my self earlier. I always blame it on me still nursing my son, just excuses. That's when I saw my friend Mayra loosing weight n i ask her what she was doing and she told me that she was doing a online 10 week challenge. And she talked to me about the most wonderful women who I admired and thank her so so so so much @leanmachine21 for coming in to my life and teach me what, where and how to eat food, specially how to portion each meal. At the bigging i was like what!! A instatrainner (intagram training )??? That is fake, is not true, it's fotoshop. That's when she explained how @leanmachine21 worked for  her, i am a really stubborn person so Mayra just  said go on Instagram and see all her post, after i saw the before  n after of each person that did the challenge. I decided to follow @leanmachine21 and oohh men was i wrong about all i thought about the onstatrainers. now i tell every person that asks me my story. The challenge i was in, it ended but I am still going since i have  a long way to go, i really recommend following her and enter her challenge!!! Believe me you won't regret it!! @leanmachine21 motivates me with every video i watched i see her muscles and i am like " i want my back to look like that" or " i want my arms,legs, abs like her" maybe i will never be like her since each body is different but i am sure going for some muscle and tight core.
