It's my favorite day and probably the busiest morning in my week -- FREE Workout Wednesday! 💪😆 This is a minimal equipment workout which means it does not require using different kinds of tools/weights. However, this is different from the usual body weight workouts that I share with you guys. If you're used to doing bodyweight, this will certainly spice up your training routine 😊

Perform each exercise for 15 reps, 3-4 sets. This is great paired with a gentle flow afterwards or a short hiit burner!! Let me know what you think and if you try it out do give me your feedback! 😊thank you guys so much!

The truth of the matter is that exercise is just as important as the aforementioned list, maybe even more.  Actually, making time for mobility, agility, strength and cardio conditioning is a crucial part of our mental & physical well-being. Even if its just making time for a walk or a quick hike the benefits on your physical and mental state are immeasurable. 
My Thursday schedule is always super busy so I knocked out 100 floors in less than 30 minutes this morning. It was quick, focused and raised my heart while working my legs! Tomorrow I can focus on another component of my health and fitness. 
Pro Tip: Find 30 minutes to work on one component of fitness when your schedule is tight. Keep it easy and keep it focused! You will be surprised what you can accomplish in just 30 minutes!

One Pan Lemon and Garlic Salmon with Asparagus. 
Made by @gimmedelicious 
Serves 3

Ingredients 
1 lb Salmon filet cut into 3
1 Bunch of fresh Asparagus trimmed 
1 tbls of salted butter or oil of choice
1 tbls of olive oil 
2 cloves garlic minced
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and cracked pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS 
Heat tbls of butter or oil and a tbls of olive oil in a large pan. Wait until the pan is hot. Add the Salmon, Asparagus salt and pepper and cook 3-4 mins on one side.

Flip and cook 3-4 mins on other side. Add the garlic and lemon zest. Cook the garlic for just 1-2 mins or until garlic starts to brown.  Turn off the heat and squeeze 1/2 lemon into a dish. Serve and enjoy!

How To
Stand two feet in front of an adjustable cable or Keiser machine with your feet hip-width apart.
Hold the cable handles in front of your face with your arms crisscrossed.

Slowly return your arms to the starting position, maintaining tension on the cables as you move.
